Easy-to-tap app that tracks student understanding

Problem Description

I would like a way to intentionally monitor my students and provide feedback in real time. For example, if I’m checking a math problem for understanding, I’d like a list of my students names and I can input the problem or standard, and then click if they got it or not. I’d like the app to make a group of students who need support on similar things so I can address the whole group. And I’d like it to keep the data so I can check back on progress.
