Merit-based points system tracker

Problem Description

I have a merit system in my classroom in which students can earn points and redeem them for prizes. Right now we use a magnetic graph board and little magnets to track points but I would like something that is tracked electronically.

Proposed Solution

Ideally I would like a website based tool that I can create multiple classes on and input student names for each class. That way I can display the merit progress on my TV for each class. Even if students earn points and redeem them I would like some way to give each student an overall report at the end of the semester on how many total merits they earned over the course.
