Scheduling special education services

In a perfect world, I would like to be able to define grade level schedules (e.g. lunch/recess), classroom teacher schedules (e.g. core instruction/specials), and student schedules (e.g. kids unavailable due to band/orchestra, other special education times). I then want to be able to see the schedule for the week and be able to drag students into the schedule and build groups. After creating groups, I want to be able to move students into or out easily as well as drag the entire group around to different times if needed. When clicking on a student, I want all the constraints to be blocked out so I can easily see their availability. When dragging a group around to new times, I want any time a student in the group is not available to be blocked/greyed out. There will need to be a way to input basic info for each student (grade level/teacher). For my job, each student has different services and amounts of service time, so I need flexibility. There used to be a website called Caselite that was close to what I want, but it is no longer available.
