Generating Tests from Quiz Banks

Problem Description

I need to be able to create test questions and banks of questions, that I can combine in different ways to create test or quiz versions. I need to be able to randomize questions and answer choices. I need to be able to generate several versions of the same question by changing the numbers that are given in the problem. VERY IMPORTANT: I need to be able to generate test versions that are formatted for printing, with a,b,c,d,e, answer choices so I can use a scantron with them.

Proposed Solution

There was a program called Examview that was very powerful for creating test questions and building tests, but it is no longer supported and nothing has taken its place, at least not anything that does as much as Examview did.
